Navy Women’s Soccer is hosting the Patriot League Conference Tournament this weekend after sweeping the league in the regular season.

Coming off a regular season that saw the Mids win 15 games and finish first in the Patriot League with the fifth unbeaten conference record in program’s 24-year history, the Navy women’s soccer team was recognized by the conference on Monday with four major awards and six honorees on All-League teams.

The trio of Ash Fairow (Jr., Jacksonville, N.C.), Meghan Hegarty (Sr., Richmond, Va.) and Sydney Fortson (So., Claremont, Calif.) collected three of the five major playing awards from the Patriot League on Monday. Fairow was recognized as the Offensive Player of the Year, while Hegarty was voted the Midfielder of the Year and Fortson, the Goalkeeper of the Year.
