Josh Norman is still in a lot of pain, but on Thursday he posted a tweet of himself in the Redskins weight room.

Until the injury he suffered in the Redskins 29-20 loss to the Kansas City, Norman had been playing at a very high level. During the first four games of the season, Norman is responsible for two forced fumbles, four passes defended and has 14 combined tackles (10 total, 4 Ast).
Norman’s injury timeline was initially reported to take as long as 4 weeks, but as you can tell from the tweet, Norman is will to do whatever it takes to get back on the field.
The coaching staff seems to believe that could be sooner rather than later. Jay Gruden, head coach for the Redskins, told Rich Tandler of NBC Sports Washington that Norman could possibly be back as soon as their Week Seven game against the Eagles. Until then, Cornerbacks Bashaud Breeland and Kendall Fuller will start for the Skin’s 8th ranked defense.
